Villa Ava is where contemporary design meets simply luxury. With ample living space of a total of eight bedrooms which can accommodate 20 guests, spread over four separate buildings with their own entrances: the main house with three bedrooms, an adjacent building with three bedrooms, the two-level stone house with its own bedroom, kitchen and living area, and the secluded studio with the spectacular view of an 300 years old olive tree and garden sea view. The rooms benefit from breath-taking sea views and are fully equipped with high-speed WIFI, A/C, bathroom amenities that make your stay wholly enjoyable.
The property also boasts a generous outdoors including: a 100 sqm infinity pool, a large fully-equipped outdoor kitchen, two separate dining areas with fireplace and a Broil King gas BBQ. Villa Ava provides the perfect setting for social gatherings and retreats from daily routines.
All rooms are equipped with A/C, Wi-Fi, safe, en-suite bathrooms with windows, hairdryer and all necessary amenities.
Outdoors
The private infinity pool with its 100 sqm. deepens to more than 3m. The pool lounge which accommondates up to 8 people, nice movable sunbeds and a double gossip bed lets you choose depending on your tan-needs. Next to the pool there is an additional shower / bathroom.
One of the highlights of Villa Ava is the outdoor ‘taverna’ with its fully equipped kitchen, 2 BBQ’s, the bar and the wonderful dining area for up to 20 people.
